美国ITC正式对涉华墨盒启动337调查

2019年9月17日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定墨盒（certain toner cartridges, components thereof, andsystems containing same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1174）。

2019年8月19日，日本Brother Industries, Ltd. of Japan、美国Brother International Corp. (U.S.A.) ofBridgewater, New Jersey、美国Brother Industries (U.S.A., Inc.) of Bartlett,Tennessee向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号9,568,856、9,575,460、9,632,456、 9,785,093、9,846,387），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。

美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。
