美国ITC发布对涉华儿童背袋及其组件的337部分终裁

2019年9月13日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定儿童背袋及其组件（Child Carriers, Components Thereof, and ProductContaining The Same，调查编码：337-TA-1154）作出337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2019年8月13日作出的初裁（Order No. 21）不予复审：即基于和解终止对美国Mountain Buggy USA a/k/a Phil & Teds USA Inc.of Fort Collins, CO的调查，比国内发布一项同意令。

2019年8月12日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2019年7月18日作出的初裁（Order No. 17、18）不予复审：即基于同意令终止对美国BabySwede LLC of Cleveland, Ohio的调查，基于和解终止对美国Britax Child Safety, Inc. of Fort Mill, South的调查。

2019年4月5日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定儿童背袋及其组件（Child Carriers, Components Thereof, and ProductContaining The Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1154）。

2019年3月7日，LILLEbaby LLC of Golden, CO向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号8,172,116、8,424,732），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。
