美国ITC发布对涉华化油器及包含化油器的产品的337部分终裁
2019年4月11日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对化油器及包含化油器的产品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors，案件号337-TA-1123）作出337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2019年3月25日作出的初裁（Order No. 45）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对爱尔兰Tillotson of Kerry, Ireland的调查。
2019年3月25日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对化油器及包含化油器的产品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors，案件号337-TA-1123）作出337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2019年2月28日作出的初裁（Order No. 43）不予复审，即终止对美国Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc的调查，并发布一项同意令。
2019年3月5日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2019年2月21日作出的初裁（Order No. 37）不予复审，即基于和解终止对美国Frictionless World, LLC, of Denver, CO的调查。

2018年7月17日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定化油器及包含化油器的产品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1123）。
