美国ITC发布对触控移动设备、计算机及其组件的337部分终裁

2020年9月2日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定触控移动设备、计算机及其组件（Certain Touch-Controlled Mobile Devices, Computers,and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1162）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2020年8月20日作出的初裁（No. 59）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对美国企业HP Inc. of Palo Alto, California的调查。

2019年6月19日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定触控移动设备、计算机及其组件（Certain Touch-Controlled Mobile Devices, Computers,and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1162）。

2019年5月22日，爱尔兰Neodron Ltd. of Dublin, Ireland向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号8,432,173、8,791,910、9,024,790、 9,372,580），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
