2020年4月30日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对对特定信息娱乐系统及其组件以及包含该产品的汽车（Certain Infotainment Systems, Components Thereof,and Automobiles Containing the Same,调查编码：337-TA-1119）作出337调查部分终裁：不存在侵权行为并终止案件。

2018年6月7日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定信息娱乐系统及其组件以及包含该产品的汽车（Certain Infotainment Systems, Components Thereof,and Automobiles Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1119）。

2018年5月7日，美国Broadcom Corporation of San Jose, CA向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号6,937,187、8,902,104、7,512,752、7,530,027、8,284,844 、7,437,583），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
