美国ITC发布对可折叠便携家具的337部分终裁

2020年3月13日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布对特定可折叠便携家具（Certain Collapsible and Portable Furniture，调查编码：337-TA-1178）的337调查终裁：对本案行政法官于2020年2月20日作出的初裁（No. 6）予以复审，即基于双方和解与同意令，终止对中国福建Fujian Zenithen Consumer Products Co., Ltd., of Fuzhou, Fujian, China、香港特别行政区Zenithen Hong Kong Ltd. of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong、美国Zenithen USA LLC of Upland, CA的调查，并发布同意令。

2019年9月30日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定可折叠便携家具（Certain Collapsible and Portable Furniture）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1178）。

2019年8月16日，美国GCI Outdoor, Inc.向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号9,282,824、9,060,611），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。

美国Denovo Brands, LLC, Bentonville, AR、中国福建Zhenli (Zhanghzhou) Industrial Co., Ltd., China、中国福建正盛日用品有限公司Fujian Zenithen Consumer Products Co., Ltd., China、香港特别行政区Zenithen Hong Kong Ltd.、美国Zenithen USA LLC, Upland, CA、美国Westfield Outdoor, Inc. d/b/a Westfield Outdoors, Indianapolis, IN、美国MacSports Inc、中国山东Meike (Qingdao) Leisure Products Co., Ltd为列名被告。
